Shipping Terms & Conditions

• All orders of the printed version of the Study Matrix will be shipped within 1 to 5 working days.
  
• All orders of the downloadable version of the Study Martix will be made available for download immediately once payment has been confirmed.
  
• Australia Post shipping estimates are based on Australia Post's turnaround times. Please use these only as guidelines. We cannot guarantee the length of transit of products once they leave our shipping facilities.

• All intent is made to package products in a safe and secure manner.
  
• Products that are damaged in transit may be sent back to Study Matrix International and replacements will be shipped out once damaged goods have been received.
• To obtain a replacement for damaged goods sent through Australia Post; you will be asked to fill in a Damage report at your local Post Office. Once this report has been completed and the damaged goods have been received, we will issue the replacement goods.
  
• Due to the nature of downloadable products, we offer no refunds on these types of purchases.
